Se adopt\u00f3 un dise\u00f1o de investigaci\u00f3n mixto, correlacional y descriptivo, aplicando m\u00e9todos observacionales anal\u00edticos, encuestas y entrevistas para recopilar datos. Los resultados destacaron que la mayor\u00eda de los estudiantes hab\u00edan iniciado su vida sexual, con una prevalencia significativa de no uso de anticonceptivos en la primera relaci\u00f3n sexual. Se identificaron factores como la verg\u00fcenza social, el miedo a los efectos secundarios de los m\u00e9todos hormonales, y la percepci\u00f3n negativa del uso del preservativo, que afectaban su utilizaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, se observ\u00f3 una influencia limitada de la religi\u00f3n en las decisiones sobre anticoncepci\u00f3n, mientras que el soporte familiar, especialmente de madres a hijas, se mostr\u00f3 fundamental en la educaci\u00f3n sexual. El an\u00e1lisis tambi\u00e9n revel\u00f3 que el uso del preservativo era el m\u00e9todo anticonceptivo m\u00e1s com\u00fan, aunque su rechazo debido a la percepci\u00f3n de disminuci\u00f3n del placer sexual era notable. La revisi\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica y la\nencuesta subrayaron la importancia de una educaci\u00f3n sexual integral que promueva el uso efectivo de anticonceptivos y aborde los tab\u00faes culturales asociados. Finalmente, se propuso un marco anal\u00edtico basado en la revisi\u00f3n de literatura relevante y se recomend\u00f3 implementar estrategias educativas y comunicacionales en el hogar y la sociedad para mejorar la gesti\u00f3n de la salud\nsexual y reproductiva. Utilizar fibra de zanahoria en hormig\u00f3n aumenta la trabajabilidad, durabilidad y consistencia del material, adem\u00e1s de reducir los costos y el impacto ambiental debido a su bajo costo de producci\u00f3n y menor energ\u00eda requerida en su extracci\u00f3n. Los ensayos demostraron que mezclas con un 0.5% de fibra de zanahoria incrementan la resistencia a la compresi\u00f3n del hormig\u00f3n, alcanzando valores por encima de los 286 kg\/cm\u00b2. El estudio emple\u00f3 datos agregados del Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edsticas y Censos (INEC) espec\u00edficos a nacimientos, empleo y uso del tiempo hasta los 39 a\u00f1os, y abarc\u00f3 el periodo de 1990 a 2018. Se enfrentaron desaf\u00edos al integrar bases de datos de distintos temas y a\u00f1os, lo que requiri\u00f3 flexibilidad en la observaci\u00f3n temporal. Adem\u00e1s, se adopt\u00f3 una perspectiva de g\u00e9nero en el an\u00e1lisis debido a la persistencia de desigualdades en la provincia. Los hallazgos indican que el bienestar en Chimborazo es gestionado principalmente a trav\u00e9s de mecanismos p\u00fablicos, con un aumento en la intervenci\u00f3n estatal hasta 2017 seguido de una leve reducci\u00f3n. A nivel familiar, aunque el peso de las responsabilidades ha disminuido, sigue siendo significativo, especialmente en lo que respecta al trabajo femenino en la atenci\u00f3n de riesgos sociales. En conclusi\u00f3n, el r\u00e9gimen de bienestar en Chimborazo se caracteriza por una dualidad entre los enfoques p\u00fablico y familiar: la salud est\u00e1 principalmente bajo gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica, mientras que en el \u00e1mbito laboral hay un equilibrio entre lo p\u00fablico y lo familiar. El prop\u00f3sito de este proyecto fue fomentar una adecuada nutrici\u00f3n en estudiantes de la carrera de Servicios Asistenciales de Salud del centro escenario de investigaci\u00f3n. La poblaci\u00f3n de estudio est\u00e1 marcada por la totalidad de los estudiantes (187) de esta carrera y se calcul\u00f3 una muestra de (60 estudiantes) que se seleccion\u00f3 por el m\u00e9todo probabil\u00edstico aleatorio simple, a la que se le aplic\u00f3 una encuesta con el fin de medir su nivel de conocimiento sobre estilos de vida saludable. Este trabajo tom\u00f3 como variable independiente la nutrici\u00f3n y con un tipo de investigaci\u00f3n exploratoria se evalu\u00f3 el comportamiento de la variable dependiente estado nutricional de los estudiantes a partir del c\u00e1lculo del \u00edndice de masa corporal (IMC). Como resultado de este c\u00e1lculo se evidenci\u00f3 que el 58 % de los estudiantes presentan problemas de nutrici\u00f3n (bajo peso, obesidad y sobrepeso), mientras que el 42 % presentaron un peso normal, por otra parte, se pudo constatar que existe menor nivel de conocimiento (61.09 %) de los estudiantes sobre los h\u00e1bitos alimenticios. Es un tema que busca catalogar la calidad de los materiales, utilizados en la construcci\u00f3n de v\u00edas y pavimentos articulados, puesto que el material de las minas debe cumplir con ciertos par\u00e1metros amparados en las normativas vigentes de la AASHTO T 88, ASTM D422- D6913 y los c\u00f3digos de la construcci\u00f3n NEC 2015. Para comprobar la calidad de la construcci\u00f3n, se deber\u00e1 realizar en todas las capas de sub-base los ensayos de densidad de campo, usando equipo nuclear debidamente calibrado o mediante el ensayo de Proctor seg\u00fan la AASHTO T - 147. En todo caso, la densidad m\u00ednima de la sub-base no ser\u00e1 menor que el 100% de la densidad m\u00e1xima obtenida en laboratorio, mediante los ensayos previos de Humedad Optima y Densidad M\u00e1xima, realizados con las regulaciones AASHTO T-180, m\u00e9todo D. La granulometr\u00eda del material de base ser\u00e1 comprobada mediante el ensayo INEN 696 y 697 (AASHTO T-11 y T 27), el mismo que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo al finalizar la mezcla en planta o inmediatamente despu\u00e9s del mezclado final en el camino. Sin embargo, de haber sido comprobada la granulometr\u00eda en planta, el Contratista continuar\u00e1 con la obligaci\u00f3n de mantenerla en la obra. El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n es identificar como el estr\u00e9s influye en la calidad del sue\u00f1o de los docentes del Instituto Superior Tecnol\u00f3gico Riobamba. Para el desarrollo de esta investigaci\u00f3n se recurri\u00f3 a la metodolog\u00eda anal\u00edtica sint\u00e9tica, trazado inicialmente una revisi\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica como base cient\u00edfica, y posteriormente una investigaci\u00f3n de campo basada en dos cuestionarios validados para analizar las variables de estudio: el cuestionario de estr\u00e9s de Maslach y el \u00edndice de calidad del sue\u00f1o de Pittsburgh. Estos instrumentos se aplicaron a una muestra de docentes del IST Riobamba logrando una medici\u00f3n del nivel de estr\u00e9s y calidad de sue\u00f1o de la poblaci\u00f3n participante, con una edad promedio de 37 a\u00f1os y predominaci\u00f3n femenina, y registrando niveles medios y altos de estr\u00e9s, adem\u00e1s de alta y mediana dificultad en la calidad del sue\u00f1o. Utilizando un enfoque mixto, se evalu\u00f3 el pensamiento l\u00f3gico mediante pruebas cognitivas estandarizadas y se analizaron factores como nutrici\u00f3n, contexto socioecon\u00f3mico, condiciones clim\u00e1ticas, soporte familiar, y comportamientos repetitivos. Los resultados muestran que la mayor\u00eda de los ni\u00f1os se encuentran en un rango de desarrollo cognitivo normal, destacando la eficacia de las pr\u00e1cticas educativas del CDI. Sin embargo, un n\u00famero significativo de ni\u00f1os se identifica en categor\u00edas de preocupaci\u00f3n, lo que sugiere la necesidad de estrategias de intervenci\u00f3n personalizadas. La investigaci\u00f3n revela una correlaci\u00f3n negativa fuerte entre los factores evaluados y el desarrollo cognitivo, subrayando la importancia de abordar las necesidades b\u00e1sicas y socioecon\u00f3micas para fomentar un desarrollo cognitivo saludable. Este estudio subraya la necesidad de un enfoque hol\u00edstico que integre mejoras en la nutrici\u00f3n y en el entorno socioecon\u00f3mico y educativo. El dise\u00f1o metodol\u00f3gico combin\u00f3 un enfoque mixto, utilizando m\u00e9todos cualitativos y cuantitativos para obtener una comprensi\u00f3n integral del tema. La poblaci\u00f3n de estudio estuvo compuesta por las comunidades ind\u00edgenas y rurales de Chimborazo, actores tur\u00edsticos y visitantes, con un total de 383 participantes seleccionados mediante muestreo estratificado. Los instrumentos de recolecci\u00f3n de datos incluyeron entrevistas semiestructuradas, encuestas estructuradas y un an\u00e1lisis documental. Los resultados indicaron que, aunque los saberes ancestrales fueron valorados por las comunidades locales, enfrentaron obst\u00e1culos como la falta de apoyo institucional, la migraci\u00f3n y la modernizaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, se identific\u00f3 un alto potencial para integrar estos saberes en el turismo, lo que podr\u00eda generar beneficios econ\u00f3micos y fortalecer la identidad cultural. Se busc\u00f3 fomentar el inter\u00e9s y la participaci\u00f3n de los estudiantes en actividades musicales, promoviendo el desarrollo de habilidades art\u00edsticas y la apreciaci\u00f3n de la m\u00fasica contempor\u00e1nea. Se adopt\u00f3 un dise\u00f1o metodol\u00f3gico cualitativo-descriptivo, centrado en la observaci\u00f3n participativa y la interacci\u00f3n directa con los estudiantes, facilitando un enfoque hol\u00edstico del proyecto. La poblaci\u00f3n del estudio estuvo compuesta por 20 estudiantes de diferentes niveles educativos, seleccionados mediante una convocatoria abierta. Se utilizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas, encuestas de satisfacci\u00f3n y observaciones directas durante los ensayos y presentaciones del coro, permitiendo obtener una visi\u00f3n integral del impacto del proyecto. Adem\u00e1s de emplear t\u00e9cnicas vocales que sirvan de ayuda para los estudiantes que no tengan mucha experiencia en el canto o quieran mejorar en el mismo. Los resultados en primera instancia permitieron conformar un coro con 20 estudiantes, quienes recibieron capacitaci\u00f3n en t\u00e9cnicas vocales y repertorio contempor\u00e1neo. Los ensayos se realizaron semanalmente, enfoc\u00e1ndose en la mejora continua. En cuanto, a las presentaciones: El coro realiz\u00f3 varias presentaciones en eventos escolares y locales, aumentando la visibilidad y el inter\u00e9s por la m\u00fasica contempor\u00e1nea en la instituci\u00f3n.  Por otra parte, la medici\u00f3n de la satisfacci\u00f3n demostr\u00f3 un alto nivel de aceptaci\u00f3n por parte de los estudiantes y la comunidad educativa. El proyecto ha tenido un impacto positivo en la comunidad educativa, promoviendo la apreciaci\u00f3n de la m\u00fasica contempor\u00e1nea y fortaleciendo las habilidades musicales de los estudiantes. Se recolectaron datos a trav\u00e9s de encuestas realizadas a 1.503 participantes de diferentes cantones, analizando variables como la edad, el g\u00e9nero, el lugar de residencia, la ocupaci\u00f3n, y el conocimiento sobre estilos arquitect\u00f3nicos e historia local. Los resultados mostraron que la mayor\u00eda de la poblaci\u00f3n ten\u00eda un conocimiento limitado sobre los estilos arquitect\u00f3nicos m\u00e1s antiguos, como el colonial, aunque exist\u00eda mayor familiaridad con los estilos contempor\u00e1neos y republicanos. Adem\u00e1s, un amplio porcentaje de los encuestados reconoci\u00f3 el valor cultural de los edificios hist\u00f3ricos, destacando su importancia para la identidad de la provincia. A trav\u00e9s de la identificaci\u00f3n de edificios emblem\u00e1ticos y patrimoniales en distintos cantones, el estudio evidenci\u00f3 la diversidad arquitect\u00f3nica de la regi\u00f3n y la necesidad de reforzar la educaci\u00f3n y la sensibilizaci\u00f3n en torno al patrimonio cultural. Este estudio identifica que la desnutrici\u00f3n ejerce un impacto perjudicial en el progreso psicomotor de los ni\u00f1os, ya que aquellos que padecen desnutrici\u00f3n tienen una probabilidad m\u00e1s elevada de experimentar retraso mental, atrasos en el lenguaje, un desarrollo motor limitado y una capacidad intelectual inferior. El an\u00e1lisis tambi\u00e9n establece una relaci\u00f3n inversa entre el estado nutricional general de los ni\u00f1os y su evaluaci\u00f3n en t\u00e9rminos de rendimiento en el desarrollo psicomotor. Estos descubrimientos no solo profundizan la comprensi\u00f3n acerca de la conexi\u00f3n entre la desnutrici\u00f3n infantil y el desarrollo psicomotor, sino que tambi\u00e9n enfatizan la urgencia de enfocarse en programas que promuevan tanto la nutrici\u00f3n infantil como el desarrollo psicomotor. La implementaci\u00f3n de estas iniciativas podr\u00eda desempe\u00f1ar un papel crucial en la mitigaci\u00f3n de los impactos negativos que la desnutrici\u00f3n puede ejercer sobre el desarrollo infantil. Se realiz\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n exhaustiva que abarc\u00f3 recetas,\ningredientes y t\u00e9cnicas culinarias tradicionales, as\u00ed como el significado cultural y el simbolismo\nasociado con cada plato ancestral. El resultado fue una completa documentaci\u00f3n que sirvi\u00f3 para\ntransmitir el conocimiento de generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n y proteger la identidad cultural. Adem\u00e1s, se\nanaliz\u00f3 el mercado tur\u00edstico vigente, identificando tendencias, preferencias y demandas relacionadas\ncon la gastronom\u00eda local y la cultura ancestral. Con esta informaci\u00f3n, se adapt\u00f3 la oferta gastron\u00f3mica\npara mejorar la experiencia del turista, incrementando su inter\u00e9s en vivir una experiencia culinaria\naut\u00e9ntica y enriquecedora. Con el objetivo de promover la gastronom\u00eda ancestral de Chimborazo a nivel\nnacional e internacional, se desarroll\u00f3 una marca o sello distintivo que represent\u00f3 la autenticidad y\nriqueza de la gastronom\u00eda ancestral. Este sello busc\u00f3 diferenciar la oferta gastron\u00f3mica de la regi\u00f3n en\nel mercado tur\u00edstico y fomentar el orgullo y la apropiaci\u00f3n por parte de la comunidad local hacia sus\ntradiciones culinarias. Para difundir la gastronom\u00eda ancestral, se estableci\u00f3 un plan de comunicaci\u00f3n\nefectivo que utiliz\u00f3 medios tradicionales y digitales. Este plan abarc\u00f3 una estrategia de marketing que\nincluy\u00f3 medios impresos, televisi\u00f3n, radio, redes sociales, blogs y campa\u00f1as de correo electr\u00f3nico,\ndirigidos tanto a audiencias locales como internacionales. Finalmente, se evalu\u00f3 el impacto del plan de\ncomunicaci\u00f3n implementado para revitalizar la gastronom\u00eda ancestral. Su efectividad se midi\u00f3 mediante\nan\u00e1lisis cuantitativos y cualitativos, incluyendo el aumento en la afluencia tur\u00edstica relacionado con la\npromoci\u00f3n de la gastronom\u00eda ancestral y la satisfacci\u00f3n de los turistas respecto a su experiencia\ngastron\u00f3mica y cultural. Ecuador, al ocultar informaci\u00f3n personal del\npostulante que no es relevante, para evaluar sus m\u00e9ritos y competencias para el puesto de trabajo, a\ntrav\u00e9s de la aplicaci\u00f3n del Curr\u00edculo Vitae Ciego.\nLa metodolog\u00eda del presente estudio se realiz\u00f3 mediante una amplia revisi\u00f3n de libros,\nart\u00edculos cient\u00edficos, art\u00edculos de investigaci\u00f3n, tesis, normativas, leyes, reglamentos y c\u00f3digos de\ntrabajo del Ecuador, todos estos relacionados con el tema de estudio, para despu\u00e9s de estudiar toda\nla informaci\u00f3n recopilada, elaborar la herramienta del Curr\u00edculo Vitae Ciego para el mejoramiento de\nlos procesos de reclutamiento y selecci\u00f3n.\nLa poblaci\u00f3n que se tom\u00f3 en cuenta para la investigaci\u00f3n, es la poblaci\u00f3n con un empleo\nadecuado y pleno en el Ecuador: 2\u2019982.924 de personas.\n1\nEl instrumento para la recolecci\u00f3n de datos\nes una encuesta, conformada por un cuestionario.\nEl principal resultado del estudio es lograr una mejora continua en los procesos de\nreclutamiento y selecci\u00f3n, ya que al eliminar la informaci\u00f3n personal de los postulantes se reduce la\nposibilidad de errores involuntarios y se puede construir procesos m\u00e1s justos, equitativos, brindando\nigualdad de oportunidades a todos los postulantes, erradicando de esa forma la discriminaci\u00f3n laboral;\ntodo esto en beneficio tanto de los postulantes como tambi\u00e9n de las instituciones y empresas del\nEcuador en su b\u00fasqueda de
